They had absolutely NO TIME to care for a dying dog. Their answer was to call another vet. They did not even know his telephone number. Pathetic place! Don't go there if you care about your pet.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people! It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

I have seen two different vets at this location and liked one far more than the other. The one I wasn't impressed with seemed to brush aside my concerns regarding recent veterinary studies, and she seemed annoyed that I dared to bring them up, because they countered what she had to say.

In addition, I have instant distrust of veterinarians that recommend Science Diet food, so if I can find another clinic, I'll use it, since this clinic sells and recommends that horrid food. It's too bad, because the staff is very friendly.
