We had an injured animal that needed to be put out of its misery and the staff here were VERY compassionate and caring, and handled the situation very professionally.

They were easy to reach, and when I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.

I would recommend them for sure if you need to leave your pet for a few days.

The vets and staff here were so nice and helpful; I have already told friends that they should start coming here.

The only problem isn't theirs--Google shows them about 12 miles NNE of their actual location on the northeast corner of County T and 42/57 (east of/across the road from the Aurora Health Center). I submitted the error to Google so we'll see if that helps.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
