Was referred by a friend with a fur family, so I was excited to see if this would be a good fit for mine.
Usually I wouldn't put the clinic rep on one individual, but when you can't get passed the receptionist to see anyone...
Angie the receptionist is unprofessional, confrontational, and all around the rudest individual I have ever talked to. I even tried calling back twice to get someone else to schedule our appointment. The receptionist became even worse to deal with!
Being that someone that volitile works as the face for a "luxury" facility catering to a vulnerable population (fur fam), is frightening. I will be consulting my original referral on this place.

Everyone that helped me was very kind and caring. They made sure I could get in the same day I called and went out of their way to make things work out for me and my dog. I was very pleased and have told my friends about this clinic. I will be taking all my pets there from now on.

They care very much about what they are doing. They do not over price the work they do. I would recomend this vet to anyone and I take all my animals there that need attention.

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
