took my dog there yesterday for hair cut and toenails clipped, dropped her off @ 7:30 am called 11:oo am to see if she was ready..nope! called again at 2:p.m. was told at that time she would be next, mind you when I dropped her that morning she was the first app for the day, anyway at 2:15 p.m. I got a call that bella was ready for pick-up, I tild whoever it was that called that she would be picked -up by my husband a littli because at this time I was so upset with these people, I knew it wouldn't be a good thing for me to go pick her up,ant isn't it strange at 2p.m. she was next to be groomed then 15 mins later was called to pick her up.huuum...15 mins for a groom! after she was picked -up and was brung home she was not acting herself at all, she could hardly stand up, she would not eat or drink anything, she even acted like she was afraid when we came near her as if a animal acts when they have been hit, kicked,or something, she stayed very much to herself wouldn't play with her toys...nothing! my thoughts I belive she was given something to sadate her, that's the reason I was stalled from picking her up and I belive she was hit while she was there, she never never acted like this after a grooming, did I call and ask any questions, no! what good would it have done. I have the right to my opions and I've just express them. I will say this much, she'll never go back there again! this place needs to be reported i'm trying my best to find out the right resources to do so. I hope they find out what they are doing and everybody that works ther are charged with animal cruelty.i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone,BELLA will never go there again!

I've been using the Dublin Animal Hospital for years. They are wonderful at what they do! They've been exceeding my expectations for many years.They take pride in their office's appearance and are constantly sanitizing it. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They know my Huskies by name and make them feel at ease when they are visiting. I wouldn't take them anywhere else!
