Dr. May is absolutely the best veterinarian I have ever had the pleasure of taking my pets to. She is super knowledgeable and it's obvious that she's passionate about what she does. I take my dog and rats here and, even though I have moved back to Northern Virginia, still bring them all the way back to Dublin to see her because of the excellent care. She has always been more than willing to share her knowledge/opinion with me concerning the health of my pets. I have never felt judged or rushed at this hospital (basically I can ask any questions I need to and she actually listens and considers what you're saying - I truly appreciate this!!! I have been to so many other vets who will rush you, or brush off your thoughts on your pet's health.). The technicians at this hospital are also fantastic!! Everyone is respectful and it's so obvious, from their actions and words, that they care about your pet as much as you do. Can't say enough good things about this hospital!!!

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
