I found Dr Falk and his staff to be very knowledgeable,and kind when I had to put my Doxie to sleep. The Doctor went out of his way when my Doxie first got paralyzed. I couldnot of kept her for 8 years after her accident if it wasn't for him.

I'm new to the area, Dr Mark Falk accepted an emergency surgery after my dog was nearly killed by a beaver. This was early morning, his staff had not all arrived, and he had another patient. My dog was in shock, and cut badly underneath. I can't say enough positive about his dedication, expertise, and the innovative therapy he provided as she healed. He's first rate, and the staff are very accommodating

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen

We have taken our animals to this vet for several years. Dr. Falk has always been kind, courteous and upfront with information. I refer Greystone Animal Hosptial to whoever is looking for a vet. I truly believe that they are the best Vets around.

My pets are always anxious when visiting the vet, but once they get situated, they're fine. The entire staff is very friendly - to my family and my pets.

I've always had a good experience with Dr. Falk and his staff. They are caring and attentive. Information is the key; if you don't ask questions and act as your pet's advocate, no one else will. If the vet doesn't call when promised, you call. Your pet is not the only one needing care; they get busy, just like everyone else.

They are flexible with appointments and have heartworm clinics, which are very helpful.
