They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.
We waited so long that my dog went into a seizure. The head vet came into the room at that time and saw he was seizing. She immediately stuck him with a shot of phenobarbital before we could even realize what was happening. She didn't even ask us if it was ok or let us know what she was going to do. Then she charged us extra for that shot.
Very dissatisfied with this veterinary clinic. It took us two visits to get to the bottom of what was wrong with our dog and then we still left confused.

Was this veterinarian gentle when caring for your pet?
Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort
When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.
