Although I just moved to the City to be closer to work, I still bring my little Lilly to Northgate. The Doctor and staff are all extremely understanding and go out of their way to make sure your concerns are addressed and no question goes unasked. I've always been greeted with a smile. Even on the phone, I've always spoken to staff who are never annoyed and truly take the time to listen.

Visiting the vet can be an apprehensive experience for many pets, but Northgate Animal Hospital does everything possible to ensure as comfortable a visit for your loved one.

I have experienced financial hardship lately due to school loans, and their prices are none surpassed for the knowledge, empathy, and understanding service you receive. From what I've seen, every pet is treated as if it is one of their own.

My Mother has brought her dog here for years and absolutely loves it. She recommended Northgate to me. I will continue bringing my kitty here for as long as needed.

The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people! Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
