They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Dr. Hughes is the most awesome, professional, honest, animal loving doctor. Where most vet places are way too expensive and perform unecessary procedures, Northgate Animal Hospital is the best value wise, care wise, services wise. All the assistants and receptionists are super nice, they know their stuff and put in 200% effort day after day. If you describe the symptoms and ask what you can do at home they will schedule you to come in if it sounds serious and if its not they will give you quick tips over the phone to try at home, which worked for my dogs several times. I LOVE N.A.H. AND I THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE FOR MY PETS FOR THE PAST 12 YEARS!!!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Was this provider's office too loud?
Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
Were the kennels and holding areas clean?
Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen
