They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I feel that the cost's are way too high. They don't make it easy to pay. Some sort of monthly billing would make it alot easier an affordable for services.

Yes, I was greeted when I walked in
Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom?
No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. My pet is difficult and they do what they need to accommodate him. They are so kind and caring. I know I can always count on them. I love how attentive they are here. Their full attention is always on me and my pet.
