I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. I didn't have to wait long after I arrived for my appointment. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me when I need it. They contacted me when they finished the procedures on my pet and let me know when my pet would be ready to pick up. I've recommended Dr. Hopkins to other people I know

Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care
