The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable. I didn't want to wait too long. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family. They answer the phone right away and I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time. I am impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered (by staff only). I generally like the staff and they try to be friendly and treat me well. My overall experience with this provider was not very good. I feel the vet I see dances around the issues and sometimes does not even say a word re: a specific issue.

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. If you are looking for a veterinarian that goes above and beyond, look no further. They offer after-hour services for any emergency and will not hesitate meeting patients at the clinic rather than making them go to an emergency center where they know nobody. It is so reassuring to know that if I need them, they will be there for me. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.
