used them for over 10 years, will never use them again. I learned that the Managers will lie right to your face, and if you call them on it, they will literally threaten to no longer care for your pet. Supposed to be best for your pet, however they will completely ignore the advice of anyone not on their payroll even if that person is a nationally accredited Vet. In short: Lie to you, are toxic, do not have your pets' best interests at heart only money.

A month ago, I would have given them five stars. But recently, one of my dogs underwent a tooth extraction. She was older, and anesthesia was an issue, so I knew it was a risk. We took all of the precautions we could, and things seemed to be going well. She was discharged early so I could watch her breathing (she had episodes of distress), since they didn't have 24 hour coverage to watch her. I asked about emergency monitoring and was told that was not necessary. At home she stumbled into the window well (medication effects), and broke her leg. After being in the emergency clinic overnight, we went back to Casselton for fracture surgery. Even with her history, she was sent home the next day due to "short staffing" and that she would be calmer at home. I was also told she did not need emergency monitoring, and that she could be watched at home, even though she was not eating or drinking completely on her own yet. She ended up in the emergency clinic in renal failure, and had to be put down. If you think you will get 24 hour care at Casselton, you are wrong. The staff and docs are good, but the lack of monitoring, and the lack of communication that monitoring would help, cost me the life of my little girl.

If I could give them no stars I would gladly do so.

I brought my new puppy here for her first set of shots. I brought a towel in with me for my puppy to be on since she was not vaccinated yet and I expressed concern about her catching Parvo. When we got in the exam room the tech asked if she could take my puppy in the back so she could meet the other staff. I nicely refused and said she could after she gets all her vaccines at a later date. My mothers dog has always had a rabies titer done and is registered in the city of Moorhead. I asked about titers to make sure they did those at this location. The vet told me it is illegal for rabies to do that. When I got home I called the Casselton location to clarify and they said that they do provide titer testing for rabies at both locations. I informed them of what I was told and they said they would provide them the information. I should have never made my second appointment with them!

I was on vacation so my mom brought my puppy in for her shot. I called before hand to clarify with the staff that my mom was bringing her, that she has full rights to make decisions and that I was sending a signed paper with what I did and did not want done. They said that would be great and it sounded good. My mom arrived early and had to sit and wait 45 minutes before she was even brought to the exam room. In the exam room she had to wait again. On my paper I clearly wrote that she has a lump in her ear that I would like checked and that she has had loose stools. They refused to do an exam even though she was getting a shot and health concerns listed. My mom asked multiple times and they refused. When we declined the smear of food on the table for her to lick during her shot the tech said that my mom would have to hold my puppy then for the shot because they were short staffed. My mom is not trained to restrain animals for shots. Even though the tech "read" my paper when my mom first got in the room she still tried to do the food smear on the table and my mom had to remind her not to. I also clearly said no to a certain test on my paper and was charged for it, my mom had to go back in and have them remove and reverse the charge.

The staff was snotty and rude! They say that your animals health is their number one concern, I do not feel it is at the Fargo location at all!

After the appointment my mom called me to review how the appointment went with me. I called the clinic to talk with the staff that was in my appointment. She was so rude. She did however guarantee that my puppy is healthy. I am not sure how though, there was no exam at all a vet never even stepped foot in the room. I am fine with a tech giving the shot instead of a vet as long as it is done correctly. I am so disgusted with this clinic there were so many more things that I had issues with there!

Horrible. First time I had ever used this vet. Was just going in for a follow up appointment and they did unnecessary treatments on my pet and I left with a $500 bill. Plus they gave me medication for my dog that he doesn't need. I went different vet to get a second opinion and they told me my pet doesn't need to be on the medication that was prescribed which was $65 dollars. Tried to return it and they told me not all of the pills were in there. I didn't use ANY. Therefore; I got screwed over anyways because they didn't give me all the pills I paid for.

They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. Things went okay during my pet's appointment, but they could have gone a lot better. I wasn't completely satisfied with the services, but not unhappy either. The staff and veterinarian were completely unhelpful when it came to any advice on what I could be doing to keep my pet healthy and happy, they're supposed to be the experts I thought. The place smelled so strongly of urine I could hardly stand it! No wonder my cat was unhappy.

They were nice, i have taken my horses here a few times, i had chiropracton done on one of my horses, he was in pain and refused to work, they got him worked out some and he was fine for a year then it got worse brought him to someone else and he had scar tissue and a lot of it it took 3 times to get it away to do any work on his back. they didn't even check for scar tissue and they said it was there for many years and if he had any work done before it wouldn't stick from it, thats why he got worse and his back was messed us and we couldn't ride him. he had x-rays done i was asked to leave the room even though he started to act up and wanted me back in, it really stressed him out a lot worse making him move on a, hurt leg causing more pain. It also and it took a long time to get them to sent them to our new vets place.
