I had taken my horses there on a seperate occasion and was very pleased with the female vet we had, and the facility was very nice and clean. Even our young horse, who had never been in a building before, walked right in with ease and felt very comfortable in there. However, this was not the case when we brought our small animals in there to be spayed. The vet would not return my calls prior to the visit, nor afterwards. I stopped by in person, left voice messages, and even emailed him but to no avail. I never have heard from him. Would not ever take small animals to this vet clinic again, but I would return my horses.

The office was easy enough to find. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. This veterinarian was so incredibly compassionate when my pet was sick. They consoled me when I was upset and even gave me a hug. I have had pets all my life and have never found a veterinary office this good. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
