They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They didn't call me when the results of the tests showed my 3 year old dog had kidney failure. I had to call them and ask first. The lady at the desk who answered sounded very unknowlegdable about the whole thing and I hung up feeling very confused with my questions not answered well
