They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Coco,my chihuahua, recives the very best care. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
My husband and I live in Millersburg, about 38 miles from Holts Summit, but we wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Bates and Dr. Cook have saved almost all of our 9 dogs at some time or another. They are the most caring, compassionate, thorough, and professional, veterinarians we've ever had the pleasure to depend on for our pets' health.

Dr. Bates came out to put one of our horses down who was suffering terribly with white-line disease, most miserable night in January, no one closer would come, Dr. Bates didn't hesitate. Dr. Bates sets a VERY high bar for animal care with compassion for both pets and their owners.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
