Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
