They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Their primary concern is my PETS' safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I was deeply appreciative of the kindness during euthanasias. Cremation services offered too. They are my "go to" clinic! I have used them for a decade, and they are very open to my experiences and respectful of my opinions and knowledge. They are wonderful with my rescue dogs too!
