Their office is satisfactory. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They make you feel comfortable and show a genuine interest in your pet and what you have to say. I changed from one vet, whose charges were reasonable but he always seemed impersonal and I felt like he had to make a real effort just for 5 minutes of his time. Dr. Gardiner's charges are very reasonable and he makes an extra effort to make me feel respected and my pets attended to.
