I walked into the office with a cane and excruciating pain, thinking I would end up needing back surgery. But the entire staff came to my aid and comfort. First I received natural shots for pain, a gentle adjustment and an amazing deep tissue massage. I walked out without the cain I then had an MRI which determined that I could have decompression treatments. And now after 12 treatments, I'm back to the gym and my life. I feel better now than before I hurt my back.
This is not a typical office. There are lg. Screen TV's showing gorgeous nature scenes from around the world. Beautiful relaxing music. And a salt room Plus a staff that was just as excited as I was about my results. What more could you posdibly ask for ? Thank you Dr. Mike and family!

All of the staff at Advanced Spiral Care are extremely friendly and courteous, are knowledgeable, attentive, and treat me with extraordinary care. There's nothing I would suggest changing. Keep up the great care!

I would not recommend Advanced Spinal Care of Dr. Majette for the following reasons:
Reason #1 – I had a confirmed appointment with Dr. Majette, yet he was not at his office. The staff never notified me that he wouldn’t be present. I had pre-paid for the appointment, yet a refund wasn’t offered to me.
Reason #2 – A staff member treated me without reviewing my chart to become familiar with my medical history. In addition, she entered the wrong settings on the decompression device. It seems to me that some of the staff isn’t qualified.
Reason #3 – I was prescribed and encouraged to take a muscle relaxant even though I did not ask for it or want it.
Reason #4 – I was charged $35 for a consultation with Dr. Joe that literally lasted less than 60 seconds.
Reason #5 – My back feels worse after weeks of treatment than prior to my first appointment.
