Shannon Wallace is outstanding! He was recommended by my son's swim coach. Son has been playing football and baseball for years, but has decided as a 16 year old to focus on swimming. Son was told he needs to develop his core to reach his peak performance level. After a few weeks working with Shannon (twice a week), we've already seen a pronounced improvement in son's posture. He feels great after workouts (even after 2 hours in the pool earlier in the day). Shannon is a true scientist with regards to fitness. Great guy...son loves working with him.
