I would not have lost 30+ pounds without Jessica. I struggled for 10 years to do it myself, it never worked. I followed Jessica's directions as she taught me right from wrong...it worked! I melted away 30 pounds and feel GREAT!!!

This trainer has a plethora of before-and-after photos and testimonies. I was also referred to them by multiple people, so I definitely have proof of their past successes. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

I have been training with Jessica for years, I have followed her from different gyms to different memberships because not only has she helped me physically improve the condition of my knees and overall physical fitness, she also changed my mindset about exercise and nutrition. She is extremely knowledgeable and could be a great aid to anyone one coming to her regardless of age, gender, or level of physical fitness. She is also the most nonjudgmental person you will meet, for those who have anxiety about going to the gym when they first decide to lose the weight, and she treats everyone with the utmost respect and importance. She is extremely professional and loves her job so much that she literally sacrifices her own sleep, free time, and energy to ensure that you are on a schedule that works best for you. There is never a routine or boring day with her, for her exercises are unique (often with names she comes up with that will make you laugh!) that will find muscles you didn’t even know you had and she will motivate you to push yourself. There have been countless times where a tip or tweak of my position has made a world of difference. She really is amazing, and I really cannot say enough good things about her! I highly recommend her for your personal trainer.
