It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
Most important! There are generally alternatives and Roberta advises you on what you will more likely to do to reach success.

Roberta has directed me toward a very healthy lifestyle of eating. She takes you every step of the way toward understanding every aspect of nutrition for a lay person. Through her guidance, I have trained myself to totally understand all nutrition labels and what are the best choices for health and power foods. She is extremely non-judgemental which is very important if you are attempting to lose weight or change negative health issues. Also, she brings not only many years of experience as a dietician, but she is willing to share her own personal issues as they relate to you, and she has a good sense of humor which takes the pressure off. I have been following her food program and guidance for a number of years and my whol family has adopted this healthy lifestyle. I highly recommend her if you want to take a greater path toward health.
