I felt that Dr. Holtzmeier of Family Medicine Specialists really values my health and happiness because he followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that not many physicians, much less family practice physicians do anymore and it made a huge difference. His staff is kind and welcoming. The office atmosphere is quiet and soothing. The office is located in the same building as Hoolihan's on Detroit Road in Westlake so it was easy to find and simply to get to from I-90 (Columbia Rd. exit). I am always able to get an appointment with the doctor quickly when I call and Dr. Holtzmeier has early morning hours, Saturday hours and evening hours as well. It's easy to see him around my work schedule. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about patients. Thank you Brant.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
