Everyone in the West Side of Cleveland knows he is one of the absolute best here locally in the field of famiy practice. I have never feel unsafe or apprehensive in his office care. The staff always makes an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. He and his MA always listen to every question or concern I may have. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They generally go out of their way for both my mother and step-father as well and myself and my husband to make all of us feel special and appreciated.

Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. Everyone around knows that he is the absolute best for family medicine. He made sure every single question I had was answered, and is always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. He is completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that he'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I felt that he really valued my health and happiness because both he and his assistant followed up on two separate occasions even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Totally recommend to anyone looking for a better physician experience.

Dr. Brant Holtzmeier is great. I needed to accompany my elderly mother to the doctor yet I didn't have a sitter for my kids. No problem. He is welcoming to kids and has toys and chalk boards right in the room for them to play with. No one made me feel awkward for dragging my kids along to the appointment even though it was a circus.

You would think this would cause a distraction but Dr. didn't skip a beat. He didn't get rattled when my kids started to get rowdy and he was very focused and patient about taking care of my Mom, listening to her concerns and answering all of my questions.

Although we always seems to take a long time during our appts., I never feel like he's rushing us out the door although I know he has other patients. It's very easy to get an appointment with him quickly and once there we wait only :5 min to be seen. I know he has early morning hours - my husband once got in to see him as early as 7:00 and sometimes works late evenings and Saturday's too.

All in all, a very consistent and reliable physician. He's a good person and a good doctor.
