I wasn't too happy with the beauty treatment I received at New Hair Designs. I paid for the service, but I won't be going back. They were really rude to me because I came in unknowingly that they closed early on Saturday. When I asked if they knew of someone else that could help because it was a special occasion, they stated that they didn't know of another facility opened. It was about 15min to 4. They were closing at 4. I thought it was unprofessional that they didn't know their competitors hours of operations & refer me since they refused to help.
