Creative Hair Concepts's office was well organized and clean. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Creative Hair Concepts is always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
