Bad bad bad haircut. . Oh my, don't ever go to the St Joseph location. Young stylists have no idea how to cut hair. Fresh out of beauty school I'm sure. Great Clips by far do an awesome job compared to Cost Cutters.

Awful , awful cut! She hacked all my long hair off. I asked for a trim, she cut 3 inches off. Never go to this location if you don't want your hair completely ruined.

Absolutely the worse haircut I've ever had. I went in with med length hair looking for a bit of a layered look. I ended up with hair an inch long on the back on my head, long bangs and the side cut up real short. I have never been so embarrassed in my life. A total disaster . Nothing even remotely close to the cut I asked for. You can bet everyone will know this cut was done at Cost Cutters. Great Clips or Fantastic Sams would Never screw someone's hair up this badly!

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is the most friendly, I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't haveany trouble finding it at all. My haircut was a complete hack job and nothing like what I requested. They waxed my eyebrows and made them way uneven. I was very disappointed and will never go back.
