I've had a great experience at Posh every time I visit. The staff is friendly, knowledgable and helpful. They work with my hair (which is frizzy, curly and fine) and always make me feel comfortable. Overall, Posh is a little bit of terrific :)

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They have absolutely fantastic customer service. I called to find out the price of my beauty treatment and they answered the phone within a couple of rings. They were happy to answer all of my questions and give me the price of my beauty treatment over the phone.

My stylist made sure to not spray water in my face. I felt very relaxed. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. Posh Hair Studio listened to my thoughts and concerns about my condition and always makes sure they consider my input. Posh Hair Studio's prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. Posh Hair Studio made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
