Can not cut long hair. I brought in a clear photo and gave good instructions. I asked to trim my existing style, and they ruined it. I asked them to trim off 2-3 inches, and they trimmed off SIX. I asked for distinct chunky layers (which I already had) and they tried repeatedly to blend and texturize. I would try to stop them and give constructive feedback and the stylist immediately took it personally and got very upset. The owner was also no help to get a resolution - she refused to get involved. The stylist accused me trying to not pay, but I wasn’t near the exit and had only stood up to get my purse, and go see the owner in the next room at one last attempt. They didn’t offer to fix it with another stylist (I would have gladly tried - the owner said “I don’t have anything” and offered nothing). They didn’t offer a partial or full refund - none of the things I’ve heard any good salon offers when things don’t go right. I definitely didn’t warrant being yelled at and they are lucky I didn’t call the cops because in addition to ruining my hair, they falsely accused me and verbally abused me at least twice. When I first entered not a single person said a word to me. After 40 minutes I had to ask if my stylist was going to be there. It was like I was in a very bad movie. When I paid, they didn’t tell me the cost, and didn’t give me a receipt - they handed my card back with no word. So I asked for a receipt - and got my head snapped off by the stylist who said “we don’t give receipts”. I was my first time there - so again I stayed calm and asked for SOMETHING. She said they’d “send me one”. I waited, and calmly said “send HOW? You don’t have my phone or email”… It just kept getting worse, so I finally said “you know what, never mind - my credit card will be my receipt”. I don’t know how they are in business!
