I barely had to wait at all for my beauty treatment. I probably spent less than a couple of seconds in their waiting area. My stylist made an extra effort to make sure I wasn't sprayed with water. I was extremely impressed. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.
