My experience here was wonderful. Such friendly people. I had an all over color with highlights done by Baihly B--I absolutely love it! Haircut by Louise---very nice job too!
I will definitely be returning to see both!

I have been getting my hair cut at the Training Academy for over 10 years. One disadvantage is that I do not often get to have the same stylist more than 2-3 times. But for the excellent service, great products and fun styles, I am OK with that. For the first time, I had a bad haircut just one month ago. I kept wondering why I was having trouble with my hair and finally decided to call and go back in for another cut. I did not complain, I just told them I would like to see someone different from the gal who had cut my hair previously. The student I had was being observed by Woodbury's Creative Design teacher. Though the cut took longer than normal, the student did a superb job, involving the instructor and wanting to make it right. She even told me that she had fun cutting my hair because she got to try new things, guided by the teacher. At the end of the appointment, the instructor told me the cut had been taken care, no need to pay, as they discovered several issues with the previous cut. Makes me more inclined to refer people, knowing you will be taken care of at this training academy.
