The gal that did my hair was great.

BUT you have got to do something about the coat check room!! ATTENTION CUSTOMERS!!! DO NOT leave you coat in the coat room at Rocco's on Snelling!!! Some one there is stealing coats and we think its a worker/workers. My got stolen last Sat., 1/7/12! I just bought it for myself after Christmas and paid quite a bit for it and only wore it 3 times. Something is very fishy about the workers there -- like they knew something. After figuring out my coat was gone they all just stared at me like I was crazy. No one tried to go back to the coat room with me (not even the gal that did my hair) to double check! It's like they knew something!!! They tried to "shoo" me out of there as soon as they could after taking my phone number and description of my coat. But the receptionist was rude to me - both at the desk and on my phone. My husband had been waiting outside in our car for me so I ran out and told him and brought him in to do a look also just in case I was missing it but to no avail. We then left Rocco's but a thought came to my mind to call the police. The Police wanted to meet me to go back there but we were already far away. The plan then was to meet with police the following Monday. Police dept. advised me to call Rocco's and inform them that police would be involved which I did call back the receptionist who was very rude again to me saying that she was very busy. I had asked her if she had called the two employee's that left during my hair appointment and the clients that were there also and she rudely responded that no she didn't because she was very busy!! This just made me more stressed out when she promised me she'd contact those people right away. 3 hours or so later...the receptionist rudely called my cell and informed that coat was found but they were closed and come on Monday! Hmmmm...very interesting. She said it had been hanging there all along! Not true at all! This is obvious to my husband and I that a worker had stolen my coat. Monday I picked up coat and receptionist admitted she even checked coat area after we left and she did not see my coat but it "miraculously" just showed up. I'm VERY UPSET and will NEVER go back to this place. No trust anymore. I really liked this place but I feel someone is lying. I just wanted the truth and everyone just stared at me with no explanation. If it was a client who grabbed the wrong coat they could have told me that but they didn't so we know it was a worker. So please be aware of this.
