She used an electric shaver.

This is the worriest place to be no customers satisfactions they are only after your money. They are not about customer satisfaction, but about what they are going to get out of the customers. They send me home while my hair is weat

Too much gossiping and they fight for each customers. They are not about customer satisfaction, but about what they are going to get out of the customers. Please owners visit this place is the jungles and the customers are intimate by many of this stylist. Stop pushing products in to customers and the supervisor is worst. I will be spending my money in a more professional place.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. I walked in to ask about the shop and what they specialized in, as I do all hair salons, and the receptionist was very rude. This is when I should have left, it went downhill from there. The stylists were more involved and interested in doing each other's hair than the clients! My stylist assured me that I'd love my hair, after all I was just getting a wash and set, EASY. I walked out of there looking worst than I did when I arrived. I will never ever go here again!

My stylist made sure that my neck and body were completely covered. When I left they took the time to dust off any stray hairs so that I would be comfortable the rest of the day. The staff was the most respectful, helpful staffs I've ever seen anywhere. It was obvious they really enjoyed working there. The entire facility was very clean and organized. My stylist made an extra effort to make sure I wasn't sprayed with water. I was extremely impressed. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I travel 30 minutes to have my hair cut here despite having other locations that are just 5 minutes from home, and that is because I found this facility in Wheaton to be the best.
