Horrible highlight job done by Fatime or Fatima (however it's spelled). Don't get me wrong- she was nice, but didn't seem to grasp what I wanted with my hair. I asked for all-over highlights that were Platinum and blended well with my underlying color. It turned out patchy, blotchy, very chunky looking, almost as though a young child did it. It only took her about 10 minutes to put in my foils.... That was my first red flag. Missing bleach in some spots and even striped in others. Couldn't even pull my hair back in a pony tail because it was so zebra-looking. Went to get it fixed by same lady a couple days later, and it just turned into an even bigger disaster- it also turned orange. I was told I would have to pay extra to get a color correction. Contacted corporate after failing to speak to a manager after calling multiple times. Corporate/District Leader took VERY good care of me and referred me to a stylist in Congressional who knew how to fix it! My opinion- Hair Cuttery is a great business, but this stylist at Wheaton could use some training in not only hair care, but customer service as well. I was told multiple times that I was wrong and my hair "didn't look that bad". I was in tears because of it, so you can imagine how "wrong" I was. So, if you don't want to end up in tears, I suggest driving an extra 10 minutes up the Pike to Congressional Hair Cuttery and seeing May- she will do an amazing job. This is my opinion of only 1 stylist (and a colleague of hers, who also told me I was wrong and went around the store complaining about how big of a deal I was making about my hair) and is not intended to judge the entire salon at Wheaton. I have not been to another stylist there for hair color before, so I cannot give a review on them. So how bad was my hair you ask? When I got to Congressional, the stylist couldn't believe that it had been done by a "professional" and had the other ladies in the salon come look at it. They were in awe.

Not at all, they rushed me out and left my hair wet!

No, there weren't many to choose from
