If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. The music they played in the background during my massage was very annoying. I wish they hadn't played any music at all. One of the first things I noticed about this business was that they were not handicap-accessible and offered no means for handicapped individuals to enter the building. There were barriers everywhere making it practically impossible to get in the front door.
