Dr. Coogen and her staff make an extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed and make an appointment for me when I call last minute. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

I highly recommend Dr. Coogan, she is very professional, and is very good at what she does. She helped my wife while she was pregnant, and it made all the difference. Thank you Doctor Coogan! I only wish she was accepting Loveless Insurance, but she was worth the cost.

I was treated at New Direction by Kelly Coogan for lower back pain. Not only is the clinic a wonderful environment to be in, but you are treated with respect and kindness. I didn't feel like I was in an assembly line. Dr. Coogan is gentle and explained everything to me, and after my first treatment, I was already feeling much better. I highly recommend Dr Coogan.
