My father resided here and he was not bathed frequently, his room smelt of urine constantly, his clothes were often soiled and dirty and they waited merely hours before his death to notify the family that he quickly was sick. I would not let even my dog receive any care from here and I am sorry that my dad had to either

I would not recommend working or living here. There are very few people who actually care about every residents needs and who enjoy there job as a former employee of there i must say im very embarrassed to say i worked for them and if i ever had the chance to go back i never would! i dont recommend recommend putting any of your loved ones in here there are deff better places.

Their floor staff was a little too loud at night. It wasn't unbearably loud but it did wake me up and make it difficult to sleep. The call lights ring constantly and loudly. They left me alone in my room for quite a while I waited for someone to answer the call light. Sometimes it smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the rooms and bathrooms more. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. I didn't feel that the nurses communicated well and didn't pass along important information they needed to know about me. I had to remind the nurses a lot about my medications and allergies. Some staff members really care about the care you get. The activities are very limited and simply boring. The food is usually warm but not hot and I really missed having fresh vegetables. I don't think I would want to return there. The therapy people were attentive and professional.
