I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.

Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
