There clearly is not enough help for any patient there. For the amount they are paying, these patients DESERVE better care. My Mom is being charged 230.00 per day. Yes, they refilled water glasses, or set her tray down for her to eat, they don't stay to see if she needs help. Yes, they provide enough for you to exist, but not to actually live, with interaction or personal care.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They try to keep the restrooms stocked, but sometimes they run out of stuff. I have had to ask them a few times to re-stock. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. I am not impressed with the fact there are rarely people at the desk when you visit. It is hard to find people if you need help. Follow through is poor as well. I have repeatedly mentioned what I want for my loved ones and they just don't see to have the time to care for my loved ones as I would have expected. I worry about my loved ones and that they are often times sitting and waiting and waiting for someone to check on them. I want my loved ones to feel safe and as comfortable as possible. I just don't feel that they get the care they deserve. Also the rooms smell and are not clean. The bathrooms are a mess in the room. I am far from impressed. I expected more.
