Grandview Heights Rehab & Healthcare is a progressive skilled facility priding itself on a strong rehab to home program. I have noted staff of this facility to deliver kind and compassionate care to the residents being served. There is strong direct care staffing under the direction of experienced Registered Nurses and medical care delivered by Licensed Practical Nurses. Residents and guests alike frequently comment on the delicious food offerings, inclusive of an an "anytime menu" available to residents and their guests. There are always two meal time options in addition to a well sculpted established favorites by residents to access. Facility has increased the number of private suites available for residents making Grandview Heights their home.
