Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Without a doubt!

Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients

Not really, it wasn't very clean

The office was easy enough to find. They answered some of my questions but I could have used more information. They did not seem to be interested in helping my uncle with his new diet. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. Nothing was accomplished during my uncle's stay, and he was worse off when he left (with a new decubitus ulcer and weaker strength than when he arrived). I would never send a loved one to their facility. I was very disappointed.
