This facility went out of their way to meet my father's needs. He was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and could sometimes have difficult days and aggression. The facility appeared to respect my father during these episodes and sought other professional interventions so that he could continue to reside at this facility. I was pleased that they were able to meet my father's needs.

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
