Smells terrible when you walk in. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. Admission person didn't seem to know what they were doing, answered questions with "I don't know". They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me.
