The staff seldom checks the patients in there rooms. They also have patients that go into other peoples rooms to steal and bother the patient. They move a lot of the patient in front of the nurses station to make it easier to monitor them. They sometimes serve breakfast for supper and to make things worse it's cold. Almost all their meals are cold when they arrive. I have seen a patient with a walker go walking outside on the sidewalk on San Pedro. I know they are not monitoring the patients. If this does not change I'm going to get a TV station to do a report for this nursing home or senior care home.

AWFUL, HORRENDOUS, NEGLECTFUL, UNDER STAFFED, HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! We have reported Patient neglect, abuse and yet this facility remains open; not sure why the 'STATE' doesn't go in on the Weekend, when they are not expecting them, so they can see what happens when the 'big wheels' are not there. I would give them a "ZERO" Rating if I could.

One of your nurse providers that goes along with outings shouted and pressed a patients arm bad where she began to cry also yelled at me I will go further with this complaint some has to stop that provider it the short lady Hispanic with lite greenest blue scrubs maybe the only one but I quit my job transport cause of her. But I will go further if she doesn't get on notice that patient got treated like this about two times

My sister has been in the healing arms of San Pedro Manor for over a month after she suffered a mental set back. At times, I was uncertain if I would ever see my sister as she once was. I have been told by several doctors that time will only tell how much of herself will come back. I don't think I would have witness her awakening, if it had not been for the team working with her at San Pedro Manor. I have had many visits to different locations, not one came close to the type of caring my sister is receiving. A special thanks to her CNA Roger and one of her nurses, Ana who have kept me informed and dedicated to getting her back on her feet. My sister's struggle will be long, however I'm confident she's in the best care possible. God bless all who work at San Pedro Manor. Anyone looking for a truly caring home, San Pedro Manor, is it.

I LOVE SAN PEDRO MANOR! The staff were wonderful and so caring. I can't say enough about the sweet CNAs who cared for my mother during her stroke recovery. The rehab staff were so motivating and excellent in getting her to her former self and back home quickly.

Unfortunately, it's just like most Nursing Homes, under staffed, employees neglecting the Residents, a lack of nutritional supervision/monitoring, Staff hiding in empty rooms, looking at ? Movies, etc., poor Resident care, run down appearance of Facility. A lot of Abuse, theft of Residents property, poor laundry practices, Residents wearing other Residents clothing, missing clothing, Staff steals, and the list goes on, needless to say...and Administration has been made aware, however, can't seem to face the truth nor catch the perpetrators, since they are already so short-staffed. They would rather keep the Abusers than to shut this place down. I think the state is aware too; not sure why this place is still opened. There are so many more just like it, not sure if there are any worse, maybe.
