The staff at St. Paul Hermitage took amazing care of my mother for a year before she passed. I regret not moving her there sooner from her previous nursing home. SPH is a smaller facility where residents (and families) are treated with affection, dignity and respect. Many of the nurses and CNAs have been there for a long-time and frequently mentioned how much they loved working there. With very little turnover, my mom was cared for by the same people, which was a comfort to her and allowed me to sleep at night. The entire staff -- nursing, kitchen, laundry, facilities, etc. -- treated us like family. When you visit, you'll see why SPH is a special place.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
