About
Eagle Creek Health and Rehabilitation Center accommodates 120 residents. We are certified by Medicare and Medicaid. We have spacious rooms with sunny views. Each room has climate control and televisions with cable. Our three dining rooms are perfect for sharing a meal with friends and family. Residents can use the activity room to work on computers, drink coffee and read the paper, play cards or just relax. Our residents keep busy with activities including parties, musical events, dancing, crafts, games, and discussion groups.
Eagle Creek has a therapy department where our therapists work with your loved one. The goal is to assist the residents to become more independent and safety conscious while building strength and endurance. We have a "home away from home" gym where residents can practice household activities such as cooking, getting in and out of bed, and taking a shower to better prepare them for returning home.
