The staff at this facility is rude and does not have any respect for the patient's family members. They do not encourage the patient to answer the telephone. If a statement is made by a family member they will respond back very rudely. The staff members do not care if the family members are kept abreast of patient care issues or concerns. The social work staff will leave rude messages and will hang up on the family member(s) if something is said that they do not like.

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.
