Recent Reviews
The staff at this facility is rude and does not have any respect for the patient's family members. They do not encourage the patient to answer the telephone. If a statement is made by a family member they will respond back very rudely. The staff members do not care if the family members are kept abreast of patient care issues or concerns. The social work staff will leave rude messages and will hang up on the family member(s) if something is said that they do not like.
