I have been to the facility, it's very clean, the staff is very professional and courteous. I would recommend this facility for health care. I give it a five star rating. Great job Paradise!

I am currently a patient here at Paradise Valley. I am receiving both occupational and physical therapy as well as 24 hour in patient care. I must say that I am so pleased with the care I am receiving from ALL of the staff here!!!

I am here due to back surgery.

They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there.
The receptionist is not friendly at all. When the guest bathroom light was out, I reported it to the front desk and she looked clueless. A car was blocking the front entrance. I also reported that and she was once again clueless on how to resolve that issue. Whoever is at the front desk needs to be trained on safety preparedness. Thank God there was no emergence during my visit otherwise, that car that was blocking to door would have blocked the exit door to evacuate the building. The nurses including the charge nurses are very rude to visitors. I had to explain the charge nurse about HIPAA. That is a clue of lack of training on HIPAA. The nurses talked to me as if I was a child. I have 20 years experience in the medical field and 4 years in the community emergence management. I know what is going on and what questions to ask. The staff and nurses need to show more compassion and respect to the patient visitors. Every time I visited my grandmother, I would leave very upset. The discharge coordinator continues to call the land line and questioning about a family member whereabouts which is no concern of her. Just leave a message and stop harassing others family members. I never want my grandmother back to this facility again.
